for clients starting with a site rather than drawings, every commission begins with the concept service: an architectural concept matched to a design practice, costed as it takes shape and guaranteed buildable within budget.

do you build homes designed by other architects?
yes. appointed delivery is for design practices and clients with drawings to realise; opus formed delivers the construction phase, built as drawn.
can you be involved before the design is finished?
yes. we are available during design to share construction insight on method, sequence, cost and buildability, while decisions are still open.
who oversees the build?
the directors, stevie hatz and andrew loucaides, personally oversee every residence. opus formed takes on a small number of builds at a time so that oversight is real.
